If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request instead. If you’re absolutely sure you’d like to cancel, then simply complete and submit the Membership Cancellation Form on this page. Please keep these important items in mind:

• Your membership will be canceled on either the specified date or 30 days from the date of submission, whichever is greater. Any payment(s) scheduled within this period will be processed as scheduled, and all payments are non-refundable.
• Canceling a memberships before the end of its contract term requires an early termination fee as outlined in your membership agreement.
• If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we sincerely hope you do!), membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
